Through our commitment to vocational training, we make a positive social and economic contribution to the development of young talent. In partnership with the aprentas training association, we offer EFZ (Swiss Certificate of Competence) trainee programmes for the jobs of commercial employee and laboratory assistant (specializing in chemistry). The programmes are based on the principle of three places of learning: the company, the aprentas centre and the technical college. This provides trainees with a broader, more systematic, more professional form of education than the traditional dual-track system of classroom instruction and workplace training.
